Artifact: Motor Development Lab 2

Reflection: The task on Motor Development Lab 2 was to observe and assess the skill of kicking and engage in activities with the children. I had to keep space and safety issues in mindas I had the children perform the lab activities. My task was to assess one of the students passing to another student 12 feet away and shooting at a goal 12 feet away. I had to assess whether or not the two types of kicks both gave an honest assessment of the students' abilities.

Reflection: The task on Motor Development Lab 3 was to observe and assess the skill of throwing and engage in activities with the children. During this lab my task was to assess students throwing a tennis ball and then throwing a foam ball. I had to assess whether or not the students threw at a different level when using the different types of balls.

Reflection: There were a few tasks on Motor Development Lab 4, the first was to go over ways of successfully teaching and keeping the students' attention after a full day of classes. The next task dealt with assessing students jump-roping.

Reflection: There were two tasks for Motor Development Lab 5, the first was to asses locomotor skills including galloping and hopping. The next assessment I made was when I had the students volleying using a set. During this assessment the students used a beach ball and then a volley ball. I had to assess whether or not there was a difference between using the different balls.

Reflection: The task on Motor Development Lab 6 was to assess the students catching. I assessed the students using two different types of balls, a tennis ball and then a rubber ball. I had to assess whether or not there was a difference in the students level while catching the different types of balls. My next task was to teach a dance, I taught the Cha-Cha Slide.
